Climate Resilient by Nature (CRxN) is an Australian Government-supported initiative implemented by WWF-Australia in partnership with WWF-Laos and other WWF offices and local partners. The program supports communities to lead climate resilience through nature-based solutions (NbS), strengthening the resilience of people, ecosystems, and livelihoods.
Phase 2 of the CRxN program in Laos builds on learning from phase one and shifts from piloting to scaling locally led NbS approaches across priority freshwater and landscape systems. A key learning from Phase 1 and the independent program evaluation is the need to strengthen locally led, participatory Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems that are meaningful to communities, partners and decisionmakers, and that support adaptive management and learning over time.
Aim of Consultancy
The overall objective of this consultancy is to design a practical, context appropriate and participatory MEL system for Phase 2 of the Climate Resilient by Nature program in Laos.

- Financial Proposal, indicating at a minimum: Consultancy fee for proposed consultant(s) broken down by No. of days, Domestic travel and DSA, Equipment (if any), and Including TAX and VAT.
- Curriculum vitae of proposed consultant(s).
- Sample documents of similar work.
