Center of Malariology, Parasitology and Entomology (CMPE)

CMPE is a main sub-recipient of the Regional Artemisinin-resistance Initiative (RAI) grant, funded by the Global Fund (GF), to implement malaria elimination activities in Laos. Under the direct supervision of CMPE Director, the RAI Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management of the grant, in compliance with the Global Fund financial guidelines, with a secondary reporting line to PR UNOPS PMO Specialist (Finance). The Finance Manager is expected to perform the below listed functions, in collaboration with CMPE management, technical teams and RAI team; and coordination with UNOPS the Principal Recipient (PR) and other relevant stakeholders.
