Position: HR Development and Administration – Fresh Graduate

Workplace: NTPC Head Office (Vientiane Capital)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of end-to-end training and development programs in collaboration with internal departments and external training providers.
  • Coordinate with both local and international training providers when required.
  • Liaise with relevant staff and departments regarding logistical arrangements for training (e.g., training room booking, coffee breaks, transportation, training materials).
  • Address staff inquiries related to training programs and ensure clear, timely, and accurate responses to facilitate effective learning and development.
  • Collect and summarize training feedback and evaluation forms after training completion to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Follow up with departments to ensure timely submission of monthly internal training and on-the-job training (OJT) attendance records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and reports, ensuring they are readily available when needed.
  • Support the preparation of training documents, certificates, and related administrative tasks.
  • Act as the system administrator for training-related modules in the HRIS, including setting up training data, assigning training programs, and managing relevant processes.
  • Coordinate with software developers or the IT team when issues arise or system support is needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Management, Human Resource or similar fields.
  • Intermediate level of English, with the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage data entry accurately and organize document storage systematically.
  • Carefully handles data, documents, and training records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Shows curiosity, asks questions, and takes initiative to understand HR training processes.
  • Works well with others, supports the training team, and contributes to a positive work environment.
