RECOFTC Lao PDR invites eligible service providers to submit expressions of interest to develop and produce information, education and communication (IEC) materials for the EnABLE project funded by the World Bank.

The consulting service covers four components:

• Planning: Initial preparation and strategy.
• Content development and message adaptation: Creating and tailoring messages for target audiences.
• Design and production: Visual design and physical/digital creation of materials.
• Quality assurance, validation, coordination and reporting: Ensuring high standards, stakeholder alignment, and project tracking.

Requirements

Interested service providers should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.
