We are looking for a Site Administrator and Document Controller <\/strong>to be based in our project site in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR.<\/p>\n

Job Description
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Handling all aspects of administration functions as well as secretarial support for the project team members.<\/li>\n
  • Handling document controlling and filing.<\/li>\n
  • Arranging necessary reservations for the project team members.<\/li>\n
  • Other administrative activities as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications
    \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or related fields<\/li>\n
    • Good computer literacy<\/li>\n
    • Good interpersonal skills and service-minded<\/li>\n
    • Fast learner and able to work independently<\/li>\n
    • Good command of English and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in both written and reading Lao language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
