        Job Description<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
        \n

        In line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day operations of finance, and administrative tasks in for our operations .
        \nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Prepares and reviews employee voucher requests including expense reports<\/li>\n
        • Prepares and records daily Account Payable and Account Receivable invoices<\/li>\n
        • Processes payment to vendor invoices by check issuing and remittance application submission<\/li>\n
        • Prepares daily and weekly cash position reports<\/li>\n
        • Inputs all financial transaction data into Maconomy<\/li>\n
        • Imports data from Maconomy to AARO and prepare AARO reports<\/li>\n
        • Works as Maconomy Project Controller and Maconomy Back Office to work with Project Managers (To set up, monitor, control and close the projects)<\/li>\n
        • Prepares project invoices, submits them to clients and follows up with clients<\/li>\n
        • Supports projects’ profit \/ loss taken at the month-end closing<\/li>\n
        • Coordinates and liaisons with the local accounting firm for annual and monthly bookkeeping, month-end closing, and tax filing<\/li>\n
        • Coordinates and liaisons with the local auditor for annual financial statements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

          Qualifications<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
          \n
            \n
          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.<\/li>\n
          • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in related field.<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of payroll principles, practices and regulations as well as taxation related regulations.<\/li>\n
          • Accountable for assigned tasks, timelines and deadlines, able to multi-task and work independently.<\/li>\n
          • Good in English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)<\/li>\n
          • Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
