Binance is seeking a Senior PR Manager<\/strong> to lead and execute public relations strategy across Southeast Asia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This role is responsible for shaping Binance\u2019s public narrative, managing media relationships, navigating regulatory sensitivities, and ensuring consistent, credible communications.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate is a seasoned PR leader <\/strong>with strong regional media networks, experience in regulated industries (finance, fintech, tech), and the ability to balance proactive storytelling with risk-aware communications.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Regional PR Strategy & Leadership:<\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy for Southeast Asia, aligned with Binance\u2019s global positioning and regional considerations.<\/li>\n
  • Prioritize SEA, ensuring deeper media engagement, stronger visibility, and sustained brand credibility.<\/li>\n
  • Adapt messaging and approach where appropriate, focusing on compliance-safe communications and reputation management.<\/li>\n
  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership:<\/li>\n
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with top-tier, business, financial, and tech media across the region.<\/li>\n
  • Secure consistent, high-quality media coverage including interviews, op-eds, commentary, and feature stories.<\/li>\n
  • Position Binance spokespeople as credible thought leaders on crypto, blockchain, financial innovation, and regulation-aware growth.<\/li>\n
  • Regulatory-Sensitive Communications:<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams to ensure all external communications are accurate, compliant, and risk-appropriate.<\/li>\n
  • Support communications around regulatory developments, market restrictions, and compliance milestones in a clear and responsible manner.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a key communications partner during issues management or crisis scenarios.<\/li>\n
  • Campaigns, Launches & Corporate Announcements:<\/li>\n
  • Lead PR planning and execution for product launches, partnerships, corporate announcements, and regional campaigns.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure announcements are localized where appropriate while maintaining a consistent regional narrative.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with global PR teams to align timing, messaging, and spokesperson strategy.<\/li>\n
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management:<\/li>\n
  • Manage and guide local PR agencies where applicable, ensuring clear briefs, high standards, and measurable outcomes.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, Community, Partnerships, and Global Comms teams.<\/li>\n
  • Provide senior-level counsel to internal stakeholders on media strategy and public positioning.<\/li>\n
  • Measurement & Reporting:<\/li>\n
  • Track and analyze PR performance using key metrics (share of voice, sentiment, message pull-through, tier-1 coverage).<\/li>\n
  • Deliver clear monthly and quarterly reports with insights, risks, and recommendations.<\/li>\n
  • Continuously refine strategy based on data, market feedback, and regulatory context.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Experience & Background:<\/li>\n
    • 8\u201312+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs.<\/li>\n
    • Strong background in financial services, fintech, technology, crypto, or regulated industries.<\/li>\n
    • Direct, hands-on experience managing multi-market or regional PR strategies in Southeast Asia.<\/li>\n
    • Skills & Competencies:<\/li>\n
    • Excellent media instincts with strong storytelling and message framing skills.<\/li>\n
    • High level of regulatory awareness and risk sensitivity.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused.<\/li>\n
    • Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Confident advisor to senior leaders and spokespersons.<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.<\/li>\n
