Professional qualification in accountancy (e.g., Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant) is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>At least 15 years experience as a senior official\/principal in the field of auditing, finance, accounting or related areas, including at least five (5) years working at the international level.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 15 years experience as a senior practitioner of his\/her profession or has been connected with the MRC in senior official capacity for at least five (5) years. However, he\/she must not have been connected with the MRC Secretariat in any capacity during the three (3) years preceding appointment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge or experience relevant to the evolving risk profile through formal qualifications, professional certifications, or board-level oversight experience in domain such as cybersecurity is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong integrity, independence, objectivity, and sound professional judgement.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in spoken and written English.<\/li>\n<li>Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Application Procedures<\/h3>\n<p>The application, <strong>in a single PDF file<\/strong>, must include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A cover letter (not longer than 1.5 pages) that outlines clearly how the candidate meets the requirements of the position.
