Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)<\/strong> is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it\u2019s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.<\/p>\n

About the Role<\/h3>\n

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Intern (Accelerator) to join our VIP team covering the SEA market. This is a hybrid role combining Key Account Coverage (KAC) – providing dedicated client service to existing VIP clients and Sales – driving new VIP onboarding and market acquisition.<\/p>\n

This role sits within the Binance Accelerator Program, meaning you’ll be doing real, hands-on work from day one. You’ll be the on-the-ground presence in SEA, supporting our VIP client base while actively identifying and onboarding new high-value traders.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Key Account Coverage (Client Services)<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing VIP clients in SEA.<\/li>\n
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries, issue resolution, and product support.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to identify upsell opportunities and hidden client needs.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Product, Security) to ensure smooth client servicing.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare client analysis reports and track the status of key accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Sales & Business Development<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new VIP clients from the SEA market with clear KPIs on new business acquisition.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, local communities, and existing networks to build a pipeline of potential VIP traders.<\/li>\n
    • Support the planning and execution of local VIP events (dinners, meetups, anniversary events).<\/li>\n
    • Prepare pitch materials, market updates, and competitive comparisons for client meetings.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor competitor activity and flag relevant market intelligence to the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Market Coverage<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Serve as the local eyes and ears on the ground in SEA, providing regular market feedback to the broader APAC team.<\/li>\n
      • Support regional initiatives across APAC where needed (e.g., ANZ events, cross-market campaigns).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Requirements<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field (candidates with relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree are also welcome).<\/li>\n
        • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.<\/li>\n
        • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts.<\/li>\n
        • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
        • Proficient with data tools\/spreadsheets; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Nice to Have<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Existing network of crypto\/stock traders who are potential VIP clients – particularly valuable if network includes quant trading or mathematical finance communities.<\/li>\n
          • Personal exposure to trading (stocks, crypto, ETFs, or other financial instruments).<\/li>\n
          • Prior experience (or internship) in finance, technical sales, research, or client services.<\/li>\n
          • Understanding of the local crypto trading community and market dynamics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
