About Binance VIP & Institutional Team<\/h3>\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Serve as the point of contact supporting our highest value customers and institutions on Binance\u2019s various products<\/li>\n
  • Provide dedicated and prompt support to our institutional and VIP customers via different communication channels<\/li>\n
  • Provide sufficient guidance and support to VIP customers on integrating and using Binance\u2019s system including the use of API<\/li>\n
  • Being the first line support for all account and system related issues<\/li>\n
  • Serve as the representative of VIP customers to internal teams including account, finance, risk and products<\/li>\n
  • Collect customer feedback and manage projects to realise the product change requirements<\/li>\n
  • Provide system and product updates to customers to ensure they are aware of all the major changes in time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client\/trading desk support role in financial services<\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of trading platforms and exchange, including knowledge of trading orders and execution processes<\/li>\n
    • Playing a client manager role and able to support client\u2019s growth and business development<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of crypto derivative trading products<\/li>\n
    • Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to resolve issues under high pressure<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross departmental communication<\/li>\n
    • Able to participate in an on-call rotation, as required by the business<\/li>\n
    • Bilingual English\/Mandarin is mandatory to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience in API trading is a strong plus<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, e.g. blockchain transactions, is a strong plus<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of derivative and other trading products is a strong plus, e.g. knowledge of futures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
