PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT<\/h3>\n

The purpose of this assignment is to produce a high-quality promotional video that documents and showcases the conservation achievements, biodiversity, community livelihoods, and ecotourism potential of the Sang Rukhavorn Community Protected Area in Oddar Meanchey Province. The video will serve as an advocacy and communication tool, capturing the unique relationship between local communities, Buddhist monks, and forest ecosystems, while highlighting the area’s environmental, social, and cultural significance.<\/p>\n

BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT<\/h3>\n

Climate Resilience for All (CREFA) is a yearslong initiative under Oxfam in Cambodia\u2019s Natural Resource Governance Program, developed by a consortium of nine organizations specializing in climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy, and policy dialogue. The project aims to reduce climate vulnerability among Cambodians through targeted activities that build local capacity and influence policy, using a twin-track approach of grassroots empowerment and institutional engagement.<\/p>\n

SCOPE OF WORK<\/h3>\n

The video production shall aim to promote awareness of the ecological and conservation importance of the Sang Rukhavorn Community Protected Area by highlighting its rich biodiversity, natural landscapes, and cultural values. The responsibilities of the selected service provider include:<\/p>\n

Pre-Production<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Understand the objective and key messages. Conduct consultations with project stakeholders and community representatives.<\/li>\n
  • Develop a detailed concept note, script, storyboard, filming plan, visual style and tone.<\/li>\n
  • Identify key interviewees and filming locations.<\/li>\n
  • Obtain all necessary filming permissions and participant consents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Production<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Capturing high-quality video footage covering forest landscapes, community patrols, livelihoods, and ecotourism.<\/li>\n
    • Securing informed consent forms.<\/li>\n
    • Capturing portrait and action photos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Post-Production<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Edit and produce a compelling video (15-25 minutes) in Khmer with English subtitles and sign language interpretation.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure compliance with Oxfam branding guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        DELIVERABLES<\/h3>\n

        • Video production plan including schedule.<\/li>\n
        • Script and Storyboard.<\/li>\n
        • 15 to 25-Minute High-Quality Video Production.<\/li>\n
        • All raw resources (footages, photos, voice records).<\/li>\n
        • 50 high quality photos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          PROFILE REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n

          • Professional expertise in journalism, editing, creative writing or equivalent.<\/li>\n
          • Ability to produce concept storyboards\/peg boards.<\/li>\n
          • Highly experienced in videography and well-versed in social media.<\/li>\n
          • Expertise in setting up sound and lighting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
