support MOH on all aspects of programme management, especially for financial support mechanisms such as DFCs and procurement; to assist on review funding proposals and budgets from MOH and ensure that they align with WHO financial rules and protocols, i.e., direct financial cooperation (DFCs), procurement and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Assist DPC-VDI Unit to monitor and follow up with MOH to ensure timelines of submission of DFC reports and no-cost extension of DFCs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the filing, dissemination and archiving of project technical documents and correspondence (soft\/hard copies and databases if applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Supporting logistics and planning of missions and field trips by unit staff, special events, meetings, travel arrangement for unit staff non-staff including preparation on travel request\/claim submission.<\/li>\n<li>Support for recruitment of non-staff contracts; including compiling documents, communication with candidates, and coordination of achievement reports and staff health insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Logistics arrangements for meetings, preparation of contracts and transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Train and support non-staff with submission of documents via the e-workflow system.<\/li>\n<li>Provide other support to the DPC-VDI unit as required and as per instructions from the unit team lead and the unit administration officer, or as required by WHO CO related to DPC-VDI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications and Experience:<\/h3>\n<h4>Education:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration or related area. A background in project management will be preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Experience:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in administration, operations or programme management field.<\/li>\n<li>Desirable: Experience with international organizations is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Knowledge &amp; skills:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Programme management and administration skills;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in convening working meetings, drafting and sending invitations, preparing meeting logistics including for venue and breaks;<\/li>\n<li>Networking capability, interpersonal skills, and strong ability to promote teamwork;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take initiative to move complex processes forward to achieve results;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work harmoniously as a member of a team;<\/li>\n<li>Capable to adapt to diverse educational and cultural backgrounds;<\/li>\n<li>High degree of integrity, discretion, and personal
