Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Intern (Accelerator) to join our VIP team covering the SEA market. This is a hybrid role combining Key Account Coverage (KAC) – providing dedicated client service to existing VIP clients and Sales – driving new VIP onboarding and market acquisition.

This role sits within the Binance Accelerator Program, meaning you’ll be doing real, hands-on work from day one. You’ll be the on-the-ground presence in SEA, supporting our VIP client base while actively identifying and onboarding new high-value traders.

Responsibilities

Key Account Coverage (Client Services)

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing VIP clients in SEA.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries, issue resolution, and product support.
• Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to identify upsell opportunities and hidden client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Product, Security) to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Prepare client analysis reports and track the status of key accounts.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new VIP clients from the SEA market with clear KPIs on new business acquisition.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, local communities, and existing networks to build a pipeline of potential VIP traders.
• Support the planning and execution of local VIP events (dinners, meetups, anniversary events).
• Prepare pitch materials, market updates, and competitive comparisons for client meetings.
• Monitor competitor activity and flag relevant market intelligence to the team.

Market Coverage

• Serve as the local eyes and ears on the ground in SEA, providing regular market feedback to the broader APAC team.
• Support regional initiatives across APAC where needed (e.g., ANZ events, cross-market campaigns).

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field (candidates with relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree are also welcome).
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with data tools/spreadsheets; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Existing network of crypto/stock traders who are potential VIP clients – particularly valuable if network includes quant trading or mathematical finance communities.
• Personal exposure to trading (stocks, crypto, ETFs, or other financial instruments).
• Prior experience (or internship) in finance, technical sales, research, or client services.
• Understanding of the local crypto trading community and market dynamics.
