Job Summary
As an AI Automation Expert/ Prompt Engineer you’ll work fully remotely to build, manage, and maintain automation workflows using low-code platforms. You’ll be the go-to person for identifying repetitive tasks and transforming them into efficient, scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, and similar tools
- Integrate various platforms and tools via APIs and webhooks
- Identify manual processes and propose scalable automation solutions
- Troubleshoot and monitor automation flows for optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones—remotely
- Document automation setups and train internal users as needed
Requirements
- Experience using n8n in a professional setting
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formatting (e.g., JSON, CSV)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and asynchronous environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience automating sales, marketing, or customer service workflows
- Familiarity with CRMs, Airtable, Notion, Slack, and other productivity tools
- Portfolio of past automations or a certification in automation platforms
