As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us achieve our growth objectives.
🚀 What You’ll Do
You’ll be the content engine behind our founder and company brand, creating engaging, high-performing content across video, social, and blog.
✍️ Content Creation & Thought Leadership
– Write LinkedIn posts for the founder and company page centered on HR, hiring, remote work, and offshore teams
– Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to prompt scripts, generate ideas, and draft headlines or outlines
– Create SEO-optimized blog articles targeting keywords around EOR, recruitment, and global hiring
– Repurpose content across formats (e.g. LinkedIn → blog → video)
🎬 Video Editing & Storytelling
– Edit short-form videos using Descript (talking head, captions, B-roll, pacing)
– Own and improve video storytelling — from founder insights to recruiting case studies
– Develop hooks, write video scripts, and lead creative production ideas
🧠 Strategic & Experimental Mindset
– Maintain a content calendar across platforms
– Launch and test different content formats (e.g. carousel, story posts, talking-head clips)
– Track content performance and iterate based on what resonates
– Contribute to refining tone and voice across all channels
✅ What We’re Looking For
– Strong writing skills with a sense of narrative, structure, and clarity
– Experience with Descript, or equivalent video editing tools
– Good understanding of the HR and hiring space (especially offshore hiring, EOR, or recruitment)
– Able to use AI tools effectively for brainstorming, outlining, and drafting
– Comfortable working autonomously with a founder-led brand
– Bonus if you’ve written for tech, HR, or remote work audiences before
– Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Figma) are a plus
💼 Bonus Points
– Past experience working with founder content
– Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g. LinkedIn analytics, Google Search Console)
– Knowledge of global employment trends or compliance topics
