We are seeking a sharp and reliable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team. In this role, you will be at the center of planning, organization, and communication—helping to keep projects on track and leaders focused on what matters most. Salary Range: PHP 75,000 – 90,000 per month
Note: Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks

• Event and meeting planning, including logistics coordination

• Calendar management and scheduling across time zones

• Creating and polishing 1-pagers and small presentations

• Drafting and routing communications for executives

• Managing documentation in Google Drive and spreadsheets

• Invoice and expense report administration

• Travel and logistics planning for leaders and candidates

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting multiple C-level executives

• Basic to intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with Google Workspace

• Ability to collaborate confidently with executives

Nice to Have

• 1+ year experience using a CRM (Hubspot preferred)

• Experience with light social media support (organic posts only)

• Ability to polish visual collateral using tools like Canva

Grow Into

• Familiarity with tools like Expensify, Bill.com, Navan, or similar

• Advanced use of Google Workspace and travel platforms
