Plan International Laos is seeking an audit firm to conduct an audit assignment for the “My Body My Future 2” project.

Audit Requirements

We require 2 AUP (Agreed-Upon Procedures) Reports with the following project information and conditions:

First AUP Report:

• Project Name: My Body My Future 2, FAD LAO100138
• Donor: Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Finland (85%) and General Donation (15%)
• Total Budget: EUR 90,115
• Project Location: Oudomxay, Bokeo, Vientiane Capital
• Project Duration: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (Extension Period)
• Scope: AUP for extension period, total expenditure to be verified in Laos is EUR 90,115. Original supporting documents are available at Plan Vientiane Office.

Second AUP Report:

• Project Name: My Body My Future 3, FAD LAO100138
• Donor: Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Finland (80%), General Donation (10%)
• Total Project Budget: EUR 675,000
• Project Location: Oudomxay, Bokeo, Vientiane Capital
• Project Duration: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2027 (24 months)
• Scope: AUP for first year’s expenditure, project expenditure to be verified is approx. EUR 250,000. Original supporting documents are available at Plan Vientiane Office.

Timeframe

• Engagement signed before/by: 10 December 2026
• Final Financial report to auditor by: 31 January 2027
• Sample list by: first week of February 2027
• Audit field work starts: second week of February 2027
• First draft report by: end of February 2027
• Final report and signature: Before mid of March 2027

Important Notes & Qualifications

• Requesting CV of the auditor who will be the Team Leader. At least 1 Team Leader must physically lead the auditor team members during field work at Plan Office and its Partners’ offices.
• Team Leaders must have a CPA and at least 5 years of experience in auditing iNGO projects (experience with projects funded by MoFA Finland is highly preferred).
• Request for verification of expenditures approaches, workplan, and team members.
