JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Office Representative in Laos
Responsibilities
- Represent the Company in Laos in administrative and external affairs.
- Handle office administrative tasks (drafting letters, filing, office support).
- Provide interpretation and translation (English/Vietnamese ↔ Lao) when required.
- Support and participate in meetings, maintain communication with government authorities, ministries, and relevant partners.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management Board.
Requirements
- Graduated from College or University in Administration, Business Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Ability to communicate in Lao is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving ability.
- Honest, proactive, responsible, and well-organized.
- Experience working with government agencies or in administration/translation is preferred. Benefits
