Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as the strategic backbone of an emerging healthcare business, combining your expertise in business development, healthcare knowledge, and digital marketing to launch a company with genuine social impact. You’ll work directly with a passionate healthcare professional to transform their vision into a thriving business, taking ownership of everything from foundational business planning to comprehensive marketing strategy. This role offers the unique chance to shape an entire company’s trajectory while contributing to improved healthcare access for women. You’ll be instrumental in building brand recognition, developing market positioning, and creating the systems and strategies that will drive sustainable growth in the competitive healthcare sector.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to position the business uniquely in the menopause care market
  • Define target audiences and create detailed buyer personas specific to women’s healthcare needs
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement ongoing analytical frameworks
  • Create and execute social media strategies across optimal platforms for healthcare content
  • Develop engaging content calendars and manage creative content creation for multiple channels
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns including email marketing, blog content, and newsletter strategies
  • Generate educational and client-facing content that supports the practice’s holistic approach
  • Provide strategic research and analytical support for critical business decisions
  • Build systems and processes that differentiate the business from competitors in the healthcare space
  • Design and implement a web presence from the ground up, including the development of a basic website for the business (using platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
  • Develop content and layout for the website to reflect brand identity and healthcare service offerings

Requirements

  • Master’s degree strongly preferred, ideally in healthcare, nutrition, public health, or related field
  • Extensive social media marketing expertise with portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Healthcare industry experience highly valued, with understanding of patient care dynamics
  • Creative and independent work style with strong strategic thinking capabilities
  • Advanced content creation skills across multiple marketing channels
  • Demonstrated success in remote work environments (not a first-time remote position)
  • Ability to develop comprehensive strategies rather than execute basic administrative tasks
  • Passion for women’s health advocacy and reducing healthcare disparities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Previous experience with web designing tools (i.e. WordPress)
