Role: Web Developer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and technically versatile specialist to take ownership of our website rebuild. You’ll work directly with the business owner to understand goals, propose tech solutions, and bring everything to life — from a redesigned web presence to automated customer journeys. Ideal for a “jack of all trades” who’s confident across web development, CRM automation, and AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and redesign the company website to improve functionality, appearance, and performance
  

• Assess and optimize our current web platform — or migrate to a new one like WordPress, if more suitable
  

• Collaborate closely with the business owner to define priorities and deliver solutions quickly
  

• Provide performance reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements
  

• Offer post-launch technical support and scalable systems management
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in web development and responsive design
  

• Familiarity with WordPress or website builders or web performance optimization
  

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend tech stacks and integrations
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially in working 1:1 with business owners
  

• Portfolio or examples of past projects
