The selected production company will be responsible for the entire production process, including concept development, scriptwriting, casting, filming, editing, subtitling, branding, and delivery of main videos, social media cuts, thumbnails, stills, and raw footage.

• Concept development- Propose one overall creative concept for the series that gives the seven videos. Scriptwriting-Write a shooting script per video in Lao, with English translation for ASTI review. Casting and talent management- Identify and secure the people who appear in each video. For occupations with a current ASTI trainee cohort, the Contractor works with trainees ASTI nominates. For occupations not yet being trained, the Contractor sources suitable young workers or models, obtains their written consent, and holds and pays their contracts directly.
• Production coordination- Plan and run all filming logistics: scheduling with the ASTI team, partner enterprises and training institutions; site visits; permissions to film on premises; health and safety on set; equipment, crew and transport. Filming- Shoot on location at real workplaces and training sites.
• Post-production- Editing, colour grading, sound design, music licensed for all platforms in Section 4, etc., as specified by ASTI. Two rounds of revision per video are included.

Bidders must submit links to at least three recent videos of comparable scope, naming the client and the team members who worked on them.
