The Mekong River Commission Secretariat (MRCS) hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible companies for the consultancy services for the MRCS Office Renovation in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A firm will be selected under the Quality and Costs Based Selection (QCBS) procedures described in this RFP and in accordance with the MRC regulations detailed in its Procurement Manual.
