Programme Coordinator – Lao PDR (High School Scholarships)

Child’s Dream Foundation is looking for an ambitious Programme Coordinator to join our High School Scholarship Team in Laos. This role focuses on empowering young people through education, managing scholarships, coordinating with schools and communities, and supporting students’ personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and manage high school scholarships

• Coordinate with schools, local authorities, and communities

• Lead student trainings and capacity-building activities

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on programme outcomes

• Manage student budgets, payments, and scholarship database

• Conduct field visits within Laos (up to 40% of working time)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in education NGOs, social work, or project management

• Strong facilitation, training, and project management skills

• Good knowledge of the Lao PDR education system (preferred)

• Strong IT skills (MS Office)

• Driving license and willingness to travel

• Lao native speaker with good English communication skills
