World Vision is seeking a Senior Advisor, Child Sponsorship Best Practices & Capability Building to strengthen global sponsorship marketing capabilities, improve sponsor retention and satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. This role will co-create a retention and experience best practice framework, lead collaboration across Support Offices, and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evolve a global retention best practices framework and sponsor experience model

Partner with Support Offices to address retention challenges and share adaptable tools and models

Build a global Community of Practice to foster peer exchange, learning, and innovation
-
Translate global and local retention data into actionable insights and strategies

Monitor external engagement and retention trends and lead pilots of promising approaches

Curate knowledge management resources and ensure accessibility of best practices
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5+ years in product marketing, preferably in the nonprofit/charity sector
-
5+ years managing large, multi-stakeholder projects in a global environment

Strong expertise in customer experience design and data-driven marketing
-
Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Relational, collaborative, and able to influence across cultures and functions

Strong alignment with World Vision’s Christian mission and values
Preferred:
-
10+ years’ success in marketing and cross-functional collaboration

Knowledge of World Vision Support Offices

Experience using advanced fundraising, marketing, or data analytics tools
Work Environment:

Remote/virtual work with occasional international travel

Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
