An established hospitality group with 20+ properties across Australia. Mix of boutique stays and accommodation for resources and project sites. Expanding fast. You will drive bookings, revenue, and brand.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: USD 12.98, the equivalent to your local currency

- Schedule: Flexible Hours in a Brisbane, AU time zone, eg between 8am and 6 pm. with a 1 hr unpaid break

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the digital strategy across a multi-property portfolio. Hit growth targets.
- Manage and optimize OTA listings end-to-end: Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda. Maintain rate parity. Improve conversion.
- Run channel manager and PMS operations with marketing impact in mind: SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier, RMS Cloud, Opera Cloud or similar.
- Drive direct bookings: SEO, Google Ads, Google Hotel Ads, Meta, email, CRO, landing pages.
- Activate metasearch: Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago. Track ROAS and CPC.
- Partner with revenue management on pricing, promos, and yield. Lift ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy.
- Lead social content and paid social tied to bookings, not vanity metrics.
- Own analytics: GA4, GTM, Looker/Data Studio dashboards. Report weekly. Fix leaks.
- Brief and produce marketing assets. Coordinate photo/video shoots. Keep brand tight.
- Launch new properties with a repeatable playbook. Go live on time.
Requirements
- 1+ year in hotel or accommodation marketing. Multi-property portfolio experience.
- Hands-on with OTAs and a channel manager (e.g., SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier).
- Proven wins lifting direct bookings and OTA conversion. Show before/after metrics.
- Metasearch execution (Google Hotel Ads required).
- PMS familiarity (RMS Cloud, Opera, RoomMaster, Guesty, or similar).
- Performance media: Google Ads, Meta Ads. Budgets $10k–$50k+/mo.
- CRO and SEO for hotel sites. You’ve run A/B tests and fixed conversion blockers.
- Analytics: GA4, GTM, Search Console. You build dashboards and own attribution.
- Strong English copy for listings, ads, and emails. You can brief designers or design simple assets in Adobe or Figma.
Nice to Have
- Email automation with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Experience with resources, mining, or remote workforce accommodation.
- Revenue management exposure or certification.
