Position: IT Support Fresh Graduate

Workplace: Sangkeo Village, Gnommalath District, Khammouane Province

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the ICT team in general IT support and service, basic software development, basic networking, software/hardware installation and configuration, office IT equipment service, IT asset registration and management, and replacing equipment.
• Support the installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Support the IT helpdesk and daily record activities.

Requirements:

• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 with a diploma or bachelor’s in IT, computer science, or a similar field.
• Good knowledge of installation and configuration of computer hardware/software systems and networks.
• Proactive and good service mind.
• Basic communication in English.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft offices.
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills and techniques.
