ARMI is a nationwide Lao Civil Society Organization established in 2006 and officially registered under the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2012. It was founded by 15 former CIDSE staff following the transition of the CIDSE-CLV Program into independent national organizations. ARMI works to empower rural communities in Laos through participatory and sustainable development, guided by values of solidarity, justice, and support for the poor.
