BABSEACLE is an international organization that aims to increase the community’s access to justice by building the capacity of and providing technical expertise to support legal policymakers, law officers, law educators, legal service providers and law students. BABSEACLE is registered as an international NGO (INGO) in Laos and currently also has offices in Thailand and Myanmar. BABSEACLE has been working collaboratively with universities, law students, law faculties, lawyers, members of the legal community, and justice-related organizational partners across Asia since 2003, with a major focus on developing Clinical Legal Education (CLE) program. BABSEACLE adopts a hands-on, collaborative, broad-minded and outcomes-focused approach.
