LaoDHRRA stands for the Lao Partnership for the Development of Human Resources in Rural Asia. It is an organization in Laos dedicated to supporting and strengthening key stakeholders such as farmers, fishers, cooperatives, civil society organizations, and government partners to improve the livelihoods of rural communities in Laos. LaoDHRRA focuses on empowering farmers and fisher organizations with active participation from women and youth, fostering a strong policy environment for rural transformation and development, and managing networks for rural development.
