Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) is a Norwegian humanitarian NGO that has been active in Laos since 1997. With a dedicated team of over 800 staff, NPA focuses on unexploded ordnance (UXO) clearance and socio-economic development to support safer and more sustainable communities across the country.
