World Vision East Asia Regional Office is seeking a Regional People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator to support HR operations and digital transformation across multiple countries. This role will strengthen HR systems, ensure compliance, manage employment data, and champion digital tools such as Workday and AI-powered HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employment records, payroll, and benefits compliance

• Support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and staff care activities

• Track compliance training and support regional P&C events

• Ensure consistent use of systems such as the Misconduct Disclosure Scheme and Block Party Screening System across Field Offices

• Serve as Workday super-user, conduct data audits, and generate HR analytics

• Prepare P&C dashboards, KPIs, and workforce reports

• Drive digital transformation by implementing automation, Workday functionalities, and AI-powered tools for HR operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field

• 3–5 years of HR operations or HRIS experience (Workday preferred)

• Strong experience with HR data management, payroll, and compliance

• Knowledge of digital HR transformation, automation, and AI tools desirable

• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures

• High integrity and confidentiality handling sensitive information

• Fluency in written and spoken English
