Position: Admin Coordinator & Accounting

Qualifications

  • Female, Lao nationality
  • Age: 23 – 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a team

Work Location

VITA PARK (Km22), Vientiane Industry Trade Park (Specific Economic Zone),
Noonthong Village, Saythany District, Vientiane, Lao PDR

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage documents related to the company’s business operations in Laos
  • Liaise and coordinate with Lao government authorities regarding company documentation (e.g., company registration, licenses, and other official documents)
  • Prepare and submit documents to relevant government agencies as assigned
  • Translate documents between Lao, Thai, and English as required
  • Maintain and organize company documents systematically for easy tracking and verification
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and administrative documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding documentation
  • Ensure all documents comply with Lao laws and regulations
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Additional Note

The employee will be required to undergo training in Thailand for 3–6 months, or until the Laos branch office is fully established.
All expenses during the training period in Thailand will be covered by the company.
