Position: Project Admin – Finance Officer (3 Positions)
Work Locations:

• Vientiane Capital (1 position)

• Luang Prabang Province (1 position)

• Champasak Province (1 position)

We work in more than 50 countries, including Laos, where our programs cover basic education, early childhood development, health and nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene, youth development, and employment opportunities.

The Admin – Finance Officer is responsible for supporting the effective administration and financial management of the Lasting Laos and Plastic Smart Laos projects, as well as the Small Matching Grants Programme. This role ensures efficient and transparent financial, logistical, and administrative support in line with Plan’s policies and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bookkeeping, expenses, and cash advances

• Prepare and review payment vouchers and reconciliations

• Support cash management and financial reporting

• Manage procurement, travel logistics, and office administration

• Maintain fixed asset inventory and records

• Ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance and administration (NGO experience is an advantage)

• Knowledge of financial management systems, procurement, and internal control procedures

• Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel essential; SAP knowledge is an advantage)

• Good command of Lao and English (spoken and written)

• Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills
