Position Overview
UNDP Lao PDR is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support implementation of governance-related projects, including the LEAP project. The position is based in the Governance Unit and will also serve as the Disability Inclusion Focal Point for the UNDP Country Office.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project planning, implementation, budgeting, and reporting

Support day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of project activities

Facilitate collaboration with government, CSOs, and development partners

Lead capacity building, knowledge sharing, and advocacy activities

Monitor project progress, conduct field visits, and report outcomes

Mainstream disability inclusion in all programmes and lead related working groups
Qualifications
Education
-
Masterβs degree in governance, development, international relations, law, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Or bachelorβs degree in the above fields with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Experience and Skills
-
Experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement

Strong understanding of governance and inclusion in development

Previous experience with UN agencies, government institutions, or civil society organizations is an advantage

Experience in disability inclusion and mainstreaming preferred

Proficiency in English and Lao is required

Strong skills in MS Office and digital project management tools
