My name is Sengketsouly Somvichit, a multilingual development professional with over 10 years’ experience managing donor-funded projects in health, education, and community development across Lao PDR. I have worked with organizations such as the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, The Global Fund, and UNICEF, specializing in program management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), stakeholder coordination, team management, and improving program quality and impact.

My skills include project and program management, planning and budgeting, M&E system design, data analysis, capacity building, and working effectively with government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders in both urban and rural areas. I’m also proficient in KOBO, DHIS2, QGIS, and basic GIS for data visualization and reporting.
